"I'm just following up on the package we mailed out to you about our advisor platform along with a Starbucks gift card, hopefully you got both of those?"

Exception Scenario: Package Not Received

If the Advisor mentions that they did not receive the package, handle it explicitly with this redirect:

“Oh that's odd, the address we mailed it out to was [CRM ADDRESS]... and so what's the best address to get you out the package?”

Note: If they provide a better address, make a temporary note and speak to your manager post-call to update the CRM metadata fields.

“OK Great, we'll get you out a package right away and I'll follow up with you afterwards - makes sense?”

BDR (You)

"Great, well Listen, I was hoping to set up a call with you and one of our Managing Directors, to go through our Advisor Platform and the value we can bring to your clients in addition to our 2% Transition Bonus paid on the size of your entire book, our 1% Trailer with a 100% Payout, along with our 5% Succession Payout. And so, how is next Tuesday at 11AM?"

BDR (You)

"Great, and in advance of our meeting just wanted to confirm a couple of things - first, it certainly seems as though you've got very good long-term relationships with your clients, and so how many years have you been advising clients?"
